The SRA has announced a fee rise for both SQE 1 and SQE 2 exams that will take effect from the start of September 2026. This will apply to candidates booking their SQE 2 exam in October 2026 and onwards.
- The SQE1 assessment fee will go up from £1,934 to £2,006
- The SQE2 assessment fee will rise from £2,974 to £3,086
These are the SRA’s registration fees and do not include the cost of any tuition or exam preparation.
